What a great way to spend a summer evening in NYC, see the sights and hear cool music. If you're going to be in New York City this season, check out Rockin' The River cruises. If you live in the area, or are a tourist, it will be a blast ! We had some wonderful reports from last year's shows. For 2008, there are 18 diverse shows, starting with tonight's WFUV-FM's (90.7 FM in the NYC area) benefit event thru the September 5 WFUV-FM benefit. Along the way, there are shows by Adrian Belew, Eddie Money, Hothouse Flowers, Chris Smithers, The Radiators and others. They boat sails rain or shine from Pier 83 on the Hudson River !
