The English press is reporting that Madonna recently recruited Britney Spears to appear in a video being made for the Madonna upcoming world tour. Madonna's spokeswoman confirmed the video will be made into an, as yet, undetermined virtual appearance during the concerts. Her publicist, Liz Rosenberg, said: "There is footage being shot of Britney Spears some time this week - the rest is 'a secret'."
Madonna kicks off her Sticky & Sweet tour next month on 23 August in Cardiff,Wales before going to Wembley Stadium, England in September. She then brings the show to Europe and North America before finishing in Miami, FL, USA on November 26. You my remember that Madonna guest-starred in a music video for Spears' single Me Against the Music in 2003. And, of course, you recall the pair stirring up controversy in '03 with an open-mouth kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards.
