Teen sensation NICK JONAS (Jonas Brothers) is giving fans with diabetes the opportunity to meet him in person in LA, and learn what it’s like to be a celebrity with diabetes. The 15 year old star from NJ has teamed up with Bayer Diabetes Care to launch a campaign, called Walk in Nick’s Shoes.
Kids are invited to enter the contest, four lucky winners will be flown to Los Angeles in November (2008) to walk alongside the Jonas brother at a charity walk in LA on 11/1. Jonas, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2005, and says, "It’s going to be really exciting to meet the winners who will walk with other young people and their families to raise awareness and funds for juvenile diabetes.
