Robert Plant Says NO to Zep Tour or Album For Now !
MUSIC NEWS- Last week, in the UK, The Sun newspaper reported that Robert Plant had agreed to take part in a
reunion tour as part of Led Zeppelin. But Plant has spoken up and says he will not go on the road with anyone for at least two years after finishing USA dates with Alison Kraus on October 5, a statement from Mr Plant said. Is he serious, is he being coy, does he need two years to recover? Once the RAISING SAND tour is over and he has time to re-think, he may have a different response. In the meantime, we'll see if the Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones plan to tour without Robert Plant will move forward, stay tuned.
UPDATE- 10/13/08 - British press reports that Plant will be replaced for Led Zep tour, see story here.

Led Zeppelin has been one of the largest influences in today's and yesterday's youth. Jimmy Page motivated me to learn guitar and i am now a frequent player. If Led Zeppelin toured again without Plant, many people would be disappointed in his efforts to come back.
