MUSIC NEWS- The popular Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival plans to move the dates of the 2009 festival up two weeks, to run April 17, 18 & 19. The event will take place again at Empire Polo Field in Indio, Calif. The actual lineup will be announced early next year. Goldenvoice's (a division of AEG) other major festival, the country-leaning Stagecoach, will be held the following weekend (April 25 & 26) at the Polo Field also. First staged in 1999, Coachella remains one of the premier West Coast American music festivals. Goldenvoice recently expanded east with its August All Points West Festival in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ (near NYC). Save the dates !!!
