MUSIC NEWS - News from Denver, CO rockers, The Fray; the band is set to release their new self titled album on February 3, 2009 from Sony Music! The first single from the new album is called "You Found Me" and you can to stream the song from thefray.net , starting on Thursday, Nov 20th at 10PM. The band (vocalist/pianist Issac Slade, guitarist Joe King, guitarist David Welsh and drummer Ben Wysocki) will perform the tune for the first time live on Sunday, November 23rd on the American Music Awards (AMAs) on ABC-TV. "You Found Me" will have its prime-time television premiere on Thursday, November 20th when a portion of the song will be featured in a new "Lost" music clip, with live band performance footage and exclusive scenes from the upcoming season of "Lost" during a break from the Grey's Anatomy episode. The music video itself will air during the 9:00pm (EST) hour on ABC-TV. Sounds like the band is tight with ABC, they will also appear on "Good Morning America" (date tbd) and the outdoor concert series on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" (also tbd). ABC will use "You Found Me" as the promo song for this season of "Lost," and talks are being held about using the the band's music on ABC's ESPN during the height of football season.
