MUSIC NEWS - You likely didn't hear about this show. Why? Cuz it was a "Secret Show" hosted by MySpace. On Saturday, Dec 13, The CURE performed a lengthy set in front of a packed, star-studded crowd at the Troubadour in Los Angeles as part of the MySpace Secret Show series (announced only 24 hrs in advance!). The legendary goth rock band, played for almost three hours at the club, and thrilled the audience with a set that included hits like 'Pictures Of You', 'Lovesong' and 'Just Like Heaven', as well as some of their lesser known material. They also played a few tracks from their new, guitar-driven album '4:13 Dream', as members of The Killers, My Chemical Romance (Gerard Way), Paramore (Hayley Williams), All American Rejects and AFI looked on, as well as actors Kirsten Dunst, Jared Leto and Ryan Gosling. No word on other shows by the band.
