PRINCE Opens New Website, Offers Up New Songs

     Music News- Prince has unveiled his new website, fortifying his recent claim of three new album releases in 2009!  Check out his, Lotusflow3r.com .  The site is still in development, and will likely  replace 3121, his site that he took down last year.  But, you can hear his new tunes, Crimson And Clover (the Tommy James and the Shondells cover that was premiered last week on LA's Indie103.1  radio station, (There'll Never B) Another Like Me and Here Eye Come.  (There'll Never B) Another Like Me reminded me of his MPLSOUND work, one of the more electronic of the new Prince albums, and features the  Auto-Tune like vocal effect that's been made popular recently by T-Pain and Kanye West.  If this is his "experimenting with new ways of recording", as he recently told the LA Times' Pop and Hiss, some of his fans may be un-impressed.    In addition to offering music, the new website will enable fans to watch videos and exclusive content and to purchase concert tickets.
