Coachella Adjusts LineUp after Amy Winehouse Drops Out

MUSIC NEWS - Devendra Banhart, the Orb, Chemical Bros., Murder City Devils and Etienne de Crecy have been added to the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival lineup after Amy Winehouse pulled out over her legal troubles. Her recent assault charges in the UK made it unlikely she would to be able to get a US visa to perform. Winehouse has announced that her return to the concert stage will now be in the UK in May at the Island Records 50th Anniv celebration.

And, Flying Lotus, Public Enemy producers the Bomb Squad, Kode 9, and Daedulus are among the DJs who will perform in the Dome, Coachella founder and booker Paul Tollet announced on Monday (March 9) in coachelladigital.com, a new webzine produced by the festival. The 10th annual Coachella festival is to be held April 17-19 at Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA.
