MUSIC NEWS - A new EP (The Open Door), and now summer tour news from DEATH CAB for CUTIE today. The EP will have tunes done during last year's Narrow Stairs studio time and will have the demo for "Talking Bird" which features Ben Gibbard ron the ukulele. All E_ songs were produced by Chris Walla (except the Gibbard-recorded demo). It'll be available March 31 via digital shoppes and at retail store April 14, they're also selling it at their concerts (track list below).
DCfC has also added dates to their Spring/Summer 2009 itinerary (see full list below) Opening on this warm weather run will be (depending on show) - Ra Ra Riot, Andrew Bird, Tegan And Sara and the New Pornographers.
