FATBOY SLIM Enters Rehab Clinic to Kick Alcohol Addiction

MUSIC NEWS - DJ Norman Cook (aka Fatboy Slim) has checked himself into a UK drug and alcohol rehab clinic to work on his alcohol addiction, his manager confirmed today. The DJ, who uses the name, Fatboy Slim, admitted himself to a specialist facility on Monday. Garry Blackburn, the performer's manager said: "Norman is voluntarily seeking help for his alcohol problem but he's in good shape." "He chose the centre in the South of England because it gets good results and is a quiet location."

Fatboy recently released I Think We're Gonna Need a Bigger Boat, (buy a cd copy here) album under the name, Brighton Port Authority (BPA). It includes collaborations with Iggy Pop , Martha Wainwright and others.
