MUSIC NEWS - French/Amercian jazz/pop singer, Madeleine Peyroux has annoucned that she will kick off her North American tour at NYC¹s Town Hall on June 18. The USA / Canadian shows following up her run of acclaimed UK and European performances. For example, the UK Telegraph's Neil McCormick said; "Peyroux has the gift of totally inhabiting a song, whatever the mood. Her four-piece band fall into place around her, tastefully bathing her vocals in washes of delicate piano, electric guitar and feather-light drumming." Peyroux is also booked on the CBS Early Show for August 1st, and is also to perform at the Montreal Jazz Festival and the Chicago Jazz Festival. Full itinerary is below the break.
