Robin Trower Appearing on Rockline June 3, Supporting Tour and New Release

     MUSIC NEWS - Legendary rock guitarist, Robin Trower, is back with a new album release, WHAT LIES BENEATH and a tour.  He's also on the Rockline radio show on June 3. Interviewer Bob Coburn will play some excerpts from Robin's new album What Lies Beneath. and you have a chance to ask Robin questions! In addition to the new, "What..", he's in the US supporting another release, a new live recording entitled RT@RO-08, it captures last year's successful tour and was recorded last spring at the Royal Oak Music Theatre in Michigan.

The new, ‘What Lies Beneath’ was produced by musician / producer, Livingstone Brown and the tour will keep RT performing his career spanning favorites coinciding with some surprises for his loyal guitar worshipers. The USA trek commenced last month and keeps Robin Trower on the road for the better part of the 2009 with two different jaunts throughout most of the USA (full itinerary below).  Again re-joining Trower will be stellar vocalist Davey Pattison, drummer Pete Thompson and bassist Glenn Letsch. In July and August, Robin bill be reuniting for a few select dates of Europe with legendary Cream legendary bassist Jack Bruce and tour de force drummer Gary Husband. A DVD is planned for future release.
