MUSIC NEWS - Former Evanescence member's new band, previously (and shortly) known as The FALLEN have new name! The Fallen name, already got them in some legal trouble after a ceast-and-desist order from another group from Phildelphia, PA, with the same name, helped them decide to adjust their name. So now they're We Are The Fallen, and they've just released their first single Bury Me Alive ( video below).
