New "TOLER / TOWNSEND BAND" Releases Self-Titled Album in October

MUSIC NEWS - Chattanogna, TN indie label, GARAGE DOOR Records has announced an October 5th release of first release from the new "Toler/Townsend Band", under a new distribution deal for the label with Burnside Distribution.

“Toler/Townsend Band” is the new music venture of two icons of the Southern Rock/Blues genre. The principal players are virtuoso guitarist "Dangerous" Dan Toler, formerly of The Allman Brothers Band, Dickey Betts & Great Southern and the Gregg Allman Band and Johnny Townsend, the voice of The Sanford/Townsend Band and their hit "Smoke From a Distant Fire”.

Launched in 2008, Garage Door arrived with the European release of the self titled Toler/Townsend Band’s new CD to stellar reviews and is built around world class artists playing their own signature rock, blues and jazz.
