Music News- Ozzy Osbourne has announced the series of four rescheduled concert dates after they were cancelled following his recent hand surgery. Osbourne was hospitalized in L.A. to undergo treatment for multiple infections in his right hand.
The three California shows had previously been rescheduled based on the recommendation from doctors. The four cancelled shows were originally scheduled as follows; Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA (October 6), Mattress Firm Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, CA (October 9), the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA (October 11) and MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV (October 13).
Osbourne has now announced that he will perform the cancelled 2018 shows in July of 2019 (see itinerary below) as part of his three-year farewell “No More Tours 2” tour, which celebrates his five decades of music since the 1970 release of Black Sabbath’s self-titled debut album.
Ticketholders for the four shows should hold on to their tickets, as they will be honored for the rescheduled dates. Refunds are also available at point of purchase.
“I’m so bummed about cancelling these shows,” said Ozzy. “The tour had been going great and we were really looking forward to these last few gigs. We’re hoping everyone will be patient and we’ll look forward to seeing them at the shows next year.”
