New Website for the "Woodstock Community" Announced

     MUSIC NEWS - Woodstock Ventures is teaming up with Sony Music Entertainment to launch Woodstock.com, the official website for the Woodstock community.  Now word for either firm on when the launch will be, it's a sparse blog currnetly, but they plan on featuring cutting edge live music social networking for all concerts, and include complete artist and event information, access to ticketing, concert reviews, blogs (MNN ?) and a forum to connect with other fan events throughout the world.

There will be platforms for environmental initiatives, social issues, and other current topics. Visitors to the site will be able to meet on a "virtual village green", a platform for developing initiatives about global warming, carbon emissions, and responsible energy use.

Woman in Music Blogger Needed

     b5media's Music Channel is currently looking for a writer to take over an established blog about female musicians/singers.  The ideal candidate would be someone who is very familiar with the music industry and who can bring a strong voice to the site. Good spelling/proofreading skills are A MUST.  Preference will be given to those with a knowledge of Wordpress, HTML and SEO techniques.
